Remember this little thrift store table? Guess what color I painted it...
...d r u m r o l l l ll l ll l l l lll l l l l l l ll l...
White of course! It's my go to color every time.
The starfish knobs add coastal flare.
It displays my vintage, aqua bottles, starfish and ironstone pitcher with flowers...
...and my tall apothecary jars sit on the floor beside it.
It's a sweet little table... just trying to decide now if I should sell or keep it.

Looks fantastic! Megan
ReplyDeleteThank you, Megan!
DeleteMegan, You have such a beautiful blog! Your hutch not only took on a whole new look, but a whole new life with that pretty white. The vignette on top of it really puts it over-the-top stunning! I would love to know the kind of paint you used!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and inspiring!!!!!!
Yvonne
Thank you so much, Yvonne, you're very sweet! I used a chalk paint made from Valspar and Plaster of Paris. I love your blog, btw! I'm so happy you stopped by!
DeleteI love it :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jessica!
DeleteLovely! It's almost like an old buffet or dry sink. I love it in white!
ReplyDeleteHi, Alexis! You just helped me a lot there with those suggestions. Nobody around here seemed to know what in the world it was called. I'm leaning toward it being a dry sink...
DeleteIf everyone who sells stuff listened to me their houses would be overflowing. But your stuff looks so at home on it, how can you not keep it? Just for a little while maybe?
ReplyDelete~Bliss~
I think you're right, Bliss! It's a keeper... for now anyways! ;)

Beautiful! Did you have to sand or anything before you painted? I have seen other blogs that use spray paint as well. Which do you recommend?
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! Yes, I did sand even though I used my recipe for chalk paint for this little guy. I recommend brush painting over spray paint on large pieces.
Deleteabsolutely beautiful. thanks for posting them.
